IMPORTANT - THIS IS ABOUT THE 1ST VCITY GATHERING in the US!!!
As mentioned earlier, we are planning to arrange at least two VCity gatherings this year: One in the US and one in Europe. The following is about the US GATHERING.
Location
One of our new sponsors is a well-known Florida/ Dom Rep based clothing optional adult resort. We agreed on the Florida based resort as the location. The location is 25 miles away from a huge Florida airport.
Date(s)
We can select amongst two different weekends: The weekend of August 9th/10th or the weekend of September 13th/14th
Arrival would be anytime on Friday, departure on Sunday. Extra days can be arranged directly with the resort at a special rate.
Pricing:
The average regular room rate for a hotel room for 1 couple on those weekends would be 560USD per night for one room including taxes and other fees. We were able to negotiate an excellent flat weekend rate of
* 365.20USD for a weekend for one couple including resort fees and taxes for our valued VResidents (paying VCity members)
* 450.00 USD for a weekend for one couple including resort fees and taxed for registered VCitizens (who do not pay any member fees for VCity)
The fees above do not include food or beverages! Food and beverages are priced reasonable.
Activities:
The planned activities include a themed Saturday night party as well as "photo/video opportunities" within a specially arranged VCity-only area of the resort. This is NOT a nude resort. You are welcome to wear or not to wear whatever you want. There is no obligation or pressure to walk around naked!!!
Furthermore we are trying to have our first sponsor "Mirtylla bikinis" present as well...with the newest and hottest bikini models at special rates...maybe even with a hot Italian bikini and lingerie fashion show. And, depending on the number of participants, we are thinking about arranging more fun stuff..and yes, of course we will directly hook up to VCity from there and transmit some stuff live on the internet.
Arrangement
The booking/arrangement/payment etc would be directly between you and the resort.
